1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fikr Integrated Academy website and admissions portal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Admissions Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. All applications are subject to review by the admissions team. Fikr Integrated Academy reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion. The ₦10,000 application fee is non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome.

3. Founding Families Programme

The Founding Families Programme offers a 10% tuition discount to the first qualifying enrolled families. This discount applies only to tuition fees and is not transferable. Fikr Integrated Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue this programme with reasonable notice.

4. Fees and Payments

• All fees are payable in Nigerian Naira (₦)
• Payments are processed securely through Paystack
• Tuition fees are payable per term in advance
• Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in suspension of the child's place
• Refund requests are subject to the school's refund policy as communicated at the time of enrolment

5. Parent Portal Account

Each parent/guardian is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

6. Weekend & Part-Time Programmes

Enrolment in weekend and part-time programmes is subject to availability. Programme schedules, fees, and content may change. Notice of any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email or WhatsApp at least one week in advance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Submit false or misleading information in your application
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, the Fikr Academy logo, and design — is the property of Fikr Integrated Academy and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fikr Integrated Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edo State, Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
